If the map in your trip receipt or history shows a different pick-up location, route, or destination, please let us know within 30 days below. If possible, provide exact addresses and postcodes.
Please bear in mind that the app might ask you to walk a short distance to meet your driver at times. This can happen for a number of reasons, including when the pick-up point entered before the trip is difficult for the driver to reach or stop at.
