We want to be sure that your food is headed in the right direction. If you realise the delivery address is incorrect, you can contact your delivery partner directly to let them know.
As soon as your order has been assigned to a delivery partner, you can use your app to contact them.
Here's how:
1. Tap 'Contact' in the order tracking screen's map.
2. Tap the call button.
3. When speaking with the delivery partner, be sure to give them clear instructions.
4. Send a follow-up message in the app with the postcode.
5. Keep your phone close by and with the sound on to avoid additional delivery delays.
