YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, BUT YOU WERE CHARGED FOR IT?
Please be aware that:
- The delivery person should make a reasonable effort to contact you when arriving at your requested location. You should then check the recent calls on your mobile.
- If you selected the delivery option ''Leave at door,'', you should check at your door if your order has not been left there by our delivery partner.
- When an order is being delivered and you're unable to see the courier delivering the order on your Uber Eats app, it means the order is being delivered by the merchant. In this case, please contact the merchant directly to have an update on your order. You'll see a contact option in the app which will connect you to the merchant.
- If you cancelled your order and think you have still been charged, this may be a pre-authorisation hold. Depending on your financial institution you will see the amount back in your account, generally within 5-10 business days but sometimes this takes longer.
