Waiting for a refund?
Refunds can take up to 10 days to return to your account if you paid by debit/credit card. If you paid in cash or with Anuvr Credit, your refund should appear in your Uber Wallet. You can view your Uber Wallet in-app by going to your “Account” page and tapping “Wallet”.
If your inquiry is not related to a refund status, you can get help with an order quickly by selecting the option that best matches your issue.
If you have issues with food (taste, temperature, portion size, food preparation issues): * I had an issue with the quality of my food
If parts of your order are missing or incorrect: * My order had missing or incorrect food items
If your entire order is wrong or if you received someone else’s order: * My whole order is wrong
If your order was marked as delivered or completed, but you did not receive it: * My order never arrived
